Terms and Conditions

• No telephonic orders will be accepted.
• Orders for Custom T-Shirts are only accepted via the online custom t-shirt order form or by email with a completed order form attached
• Orders for any other product will only be accepted by email.
• Please allow up to three (3) weeks once your order has been paid and processed for postal delivery.

• Please use the Invoice Number provided in the invoice as a reference for proof of payment.
• Proof of payment must please be emailed to info@limegreenbean.co.za / smsed to 083 312 5558
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure proof of payment is received.

• As all work is hand-made, certain irregularities may exist in the finished product.
• Should it be necessary, refunds will only be given at the sole discretion of Lime Green Bean.

• Although all posting is done with good faith using the South African Post Office, Lime Green Bean will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by any courier or postal service.
• No refunds will be given for any lost / stolen items.
• Parcels will only be insured at the clients request and at the clients’ expense.
• A tracking number will be given to the client after the order has been posted. All orders are collected at the post office closest to the postal code provided by the client.
• We will always try to accommodate express orders (72 Hours) but only if payment is received before 12:00 three days before expected delivery. It is recommended that customers get into contact with Lime Green Bean to ensure proof of payment has been received.
• Express / overnight / door-to-door courier costs will be at the client's expense and will be included in the invoice.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

For T-Shirt Orders please note:

• The name / word / image to be embroidered must be indicated clearly in the order form, email or fax.
• Any errors in the name / word/ image provided in the email received will not be refunded.
• Lime Green Bean will work from the invoice supplied to you, therefore please ensure everything on the invoice is correct.
• Lime Green Bean will only commence creating your awesome custom t-shirt once proof of payment is received.
• Please ensure you are ordering the correct size tee. Please look at our t-shirt size, colour and availability page for more information.
• Lime Green Bean will not give any refunds if incorrect sizes are ordered.

Please Note:

• All felt food products are NOT SUITABLE for CHILDREN UNDER AGE 4
• Baby Onesies must only be worn under competent adult supervision. Baby Onesies should under no circumstances be chewed by babies!
• Baby mobiles are not to be chewed by babies and must be placed out of babies reach.
• As our products are used outside our control, Lime Green Bean will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever caused directly or indirectly from any of its products purchased.
• When placing an order with Lime Green Bean and paying for goods received, Lime Green Bean cknowledges that you have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions above.
